Mobility: The ability of your body to to move a joint throughout its full range of motion in a variety of positions, under different loads and different speeds.
Strength: The ability of a muscle or group of muscles to produce or withstand force, measured by how much force they can produce or resist.
Balance: The ability to control your center of gravity in both static and dynamic conditions to avoid falling over.
