Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and weight evenly balanced. Bend from the hips with a straight back, chin up, and arms hanging naturally. Let your spine tilt slightly right to account for grip and shoulder position—this posture improves balance, stability, and shot accuracy.
